The role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team, who is passionate about optimizing an operations machine, and making it run fast and efficiently. As a Product Manager focused on Operations and Internal Tools, you will be helping teams work as efficiently and smoothly as possible. You’ll oversee the whole internal toolset: marketing, sales, accounting, logistics, account management, customer support, and production. Your work will be cross-team and between silos of the org chart to make sure the processes are streamlined regardless of the tools used. You’ll work sometimes as an individual contributor to scrappily design and implement new features with the help of the different teams you’ll collaborate with, and other times you’ll work with designers and engineers to create end-to-end experiences; either way, you’ll be thinking about your colleagues as end users. This role requires a high degree of entrepreneurial spirit and an ability to get things done. The ideal candidate is both a system thinker and an analyst with a strong sense of customer experience.
