Job Description
Total Negotiation Group is a commercial transformation consultancy founded in 2009. Today, led by our founding partners and supported by a team of full-time consultants we deliver global commercial capability transformation solutions to FMCG clients across the world.
We have ambitious plans to double our business turnover in the next three years. One of our main pillars is to grow our local presence in Italy.
In light of the growth of the business, we are expanding our Associate Consulting team and recruiting Associates with a primary focus of delivering world class client activation across Italy. This is an Associate role and will be paid on a day rate (highly competitive) with a flexible number of days on offer.
The Associate Director of Consulting will report to the Head of France, Spain, Italy and Portugal and is accountable for the highest level of delivery quality and client satisfaction.
Role and Responsibilities:-
To deliver core programme workshops, delegate coaching sessions, refresh sessions and tune ups to FMCG clients.
Programme Delivery:
Continually lead high quality workshops in all areas of client delivery, setting gold standard example and adherence to all business processes, Facilitator Guide, content protocols and delivery standards to all co-facilitators they deliver with, achieving above average scores for tangible value added and facilitator delivery scores via delegate feedback
Support on-boarding and in-the-moment coaching of new delivery team members by leading by example of the TNG standard.
Come prepared for weekly check in with fully completed work plan with spare capacity and options to fill

Constantly thrives for and delivers the highest level of solutions, be that workshop delivery or consulting engagements, measured by delegate feedback.
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of FMCG sector and associated challenges. Ideally worked in the past for a blue chip FMCG Multinational
- Is a delivery and facilitation expert, with ability to deliver multiple TNG workshops brilliantly virtually and in classroom, whilst driving higher standards every day in everyone they deliver with.
- Has ability to deliver across all global regions and therein can flex delivery styles, flex for cultural sensitivities whilst delivering amazing diversity and inclusion in everything they do.
- Proactive, energising, and inspiring mindset and behaviours to really drive delivery efficiency and delivery quality outcomes for the clients.
- Inspirational and experienced workshop delivery in all formats and/or experienced consultant
- Senior commercial roles, ideally across multiple markets or verticals or languages
