We are seeking an experienced Graphic/UI Designer to join our design team. As a Graphic/UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and effective designs for a range of digital and print mediums. You will work closely with our marketing and product teams to ensure that our design solutions align with our brand and business goals.
You’ll be in charge of:
- Lead the design process for a range of digital and print mediums, including B2B websites, landing pages, CRM email design and marketing collateral
- Conceives ideas, and concepts, develops final designs, produces, works with others and coordinates in the creation of multifaceted communication materials in marketing like print, digital and other mediums.
- Strong graphic design experience with a mix of digital and print, ideally from within commercial industries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product management, and development to gather insights, define requirements, and create design solutions that align with our brand and business goals.
- Develop and maintain a design system that ensures consistency across all our digital and print products and delivers a high-quality user experience.
- Creating hi-quality creative that resonates with our audience, on whichever platform we communicate with them
- Partnering with translators, localise assets to 11 different markets in multiple different languages
- Maintain design/brand consistency regardless of the project size
You need to:
- 5+ years of experience designing digital marketing campaigns
- Direct experience with Web Design, CRO, UI Design, and Visual Design
- Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and best practices
- Strong portfolio demonstrating your skillset and the quality of your work
- Significant creative industry experience and significant design experience
- Excellent visual storyteller and communicator who can confidently articulate ideas to others
- Strong typography and layout skills
- Bonus points for experience working with (beauty or fashion) marketplaces, digital media agencies or SaaS company
- Be inspired by impact - you are driven by the positive outcome of your work
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, working on multiple projects at once
- A driven self-starter with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- A passionate and solution-focused designer who strives to strike the perfect balance between creativity and commercial thinking
- A pragmatic approach to projects and a strategic thinker
