The Role We are looking for interns to support European business teams throughout the go to market stages. You will own the documentation process and help optimize and improve internal workspace for tracking customer software implementations.Responsibilities- Work closely with post sales team and external stakeholders to create detailed software implementation requirements documentation
- Creating and maintaining project plan for each assigned customer detailing roles and responsibilities and timelines for completion
- Communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to collect feedback and obtain approvals.
- Creating specialized documents
- Collaborating with cross functional teams to ensure key deliverables and milestones are resoled/completed on time
- Support business teams during internal and external meetings
- Document processes and customisation in the internal systems
- Adherence toZeotap’s company, privacy and information security policies and procedures
Requirements- You are currently enrolled in a Degree in Engineering, Computer or Data science, Marketing or related discipline, graduating not earlier than 2023
- Students interested to learn more about SaaS Business Operations amp; Data Analysis are also encouraged to apply
- You have the creativity to ‘think outside the box’ and develop new ideas, while being able to follow through and put them into practice
- You have strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize well in a fast paced, dynamic work environment
- You love getting people engaged and thrive well working both within a team and independently
- You have great communication skills, both spoken and written in English.
- Italian, German, French or Spanish language is a bonus, but not mandatory
- This is a remote position on an initial 3 month contract, with a possibility to extend
