Splendido Mare, A Belmond Hotel, part of the LVMH Group, is a charming guesthouse in the heart of the Portofino. Its celebrated restaurant, DaV Mare, embodies all the pleasures of piazzetta living through refined cuisine, curated in partnership with the 3-Michelin-star Cerea family. For the next season, we are looking for a Demi Chef de Rang to join the team at DaV Mare, Belmond’s unique collaboration with the Cerea family. This harbourside restaurant offers big Ligurian flavours, gastronomic excellence and outstanding service from breakfast through to dinner.
The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges. He/she should have exemplary customer service skills.
He/she reports to the Maitre.
Main responsabilities:
- Fulfil the operations restaurant, according to the Belmond policies, high standards and procedures;
- Monitor all aspects of the customers' experience, from the restaurant layout before they arrive to the experience they receive during the service. Act to enhance a flawless service and anticipate Guests’ needs
- Establish and maintain good relationships with all Guests and handle requests and enquiries
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Previous professional experience within the same role in a luxury environment
- Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally
