Duties amp; Role:

The IWC MUST be a G10 grade that will perform the duties below.

• Provides level 1/2 support to CIS infrastructure in accordance with Agency processes and procedures;
• Installs and maintains the baseline of computing, storage and networking platforms required for the core and functional IT services and applications
• Installs and maintains E-Policy Orchestrator Suite
• Installs and maintains Group Policies
• Administers and maintains virtual infrastructure environment as well as virtual desktop infrastructure
• Contributes to Level 1 and Level 2 Incident Management support.
• Contributes to Problem Management and Change Management.
• Manage the local deployment of protection system to include firewall, antivirus, IT security policies as directed.
• Contributes to the production and maintenance of technical documentation of IT Systems.
• Contribute to implement Cyber Security Policies and provide support during investigations
• Perform other duties within the NCI Agency's area of business as may be required

Requirements

Skill, Knowledge amp; Experience:

• The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance
• Minimum 2 years recent experience performing system administration in a Windows Environment and E-Policy Orchestrator Suite.
• Minimum 2 years' experience with Windows Server system administration and GPO Management and Patch Management
