What you will be doing
You will join the Central Marketing Team in Milan, supporting the Brand Director and Communications Manager to efficiently plan, implement and monitor Satispay’s social media strategy for our EMEA markets.
Namely you will:
- Execute our international social media strategy on different social channels - by scheduling, publishing and monitoring content.
- Help grow our community on social media, interacting with users to keep them engaged.
- Work alongside our Communications Manager to support the definition of the editorial calendar.
- Work with the internal Creative Studio and external agencies to support creation and acquisition of creative assets.
- Monitor the volume and sentiment of brand mentions on social media - to understand the interest around Satispay and spot possible new trends.
- Support the Communications Manager with creators activations and management.
- Support the Communications Manager with analysis and reporting - to identify key learnings and new opportunities.

Our ideal candidate has:
- 2+ years’ of experience in social media management, organic posting strategies, community management and content management for digital channels.
- Proficiency with social media technologies (i.e. Meta Business Suite, Twitter Analytics, YouTube Analytics, ect.)
- Experience with social media tools (e.g. Hubspot, Hootsuite, Brandwatch, Social Studio, etc.)
- Ability to digest and interpret data, identify trends and gather insights.
- Detail-oriented mindset with an open-minded, creative approach and a flexible attitude.
- A strong and genuine passion for working in social media.
- Proficiency in Italian and English (fluency in French and/or German will be a strong plus).
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, autonomously and within the team.
- Ability to bring energy, curiosity and optimism to the team and role.

Full-time position based in Milan.
