Job position description:
You will be hired in Service Operation department in the second level of our Service Desk division supporting your colleagues and customers in defining and solving technical issues on our platform.
You will be in charge of:
Analyze incidents in order to restore service;
Troubleshoot by analyzing system and/or application logs;
Develop/configure components for monitoring and alerting.
More about you:
You have a diploma in technical subjects or a degree in Computer Engineering or similar;
You have a good knowledge of SQL Base;
You have a good knowledge of REST API;
You have a good knowledge of SOAP API;
You have a good knowledge of XSLT;
You have a good knowledge of Python;
You have a good knowledge of the basic commands of the shell linux;
You have a good knowledge of Git;
You have a good knowledge of AWS Technologies (speech synthesis, cloudfront; EC2, dynamodb, S3, redshift);
You have a good knowledge of Docker;
You have a good knowledge of Kubernetes;
You have a good knowledge of Elastic Search;
You have a good attitude to communication and team work;
You have a good orientation to problem solving.
