Marketing Campaign Manager

We're a dedicated TikTok influencer marketing and talent agency. We help the world's biggest brands launch creative activations leveraging the power of video.

We're expanding into Italy and you'll be our first ever hire!

You will:

• Manage and develop campaigns end-to-end, from talent scouting, to meetings with the clients
• Help drive delivery, optimizations and troubleshooting across influencer marketing campaigns
• Drive Strategy and create best in class processes to ensure timely delivery of activity
• Support troubleshooting of campaigns when needed
• Deliver regular reports on KPI's and campaign results
• Provide updates on ROI on each project against planned ROI

Requirements

• 2+ years of work experience with influencer marketing
• Ability to translate numbers into impactful, concise messages via reports for a broad audience
• Budget management, project management and campaign evaluation capabilities
• A highly organized and focused multitasker with strong attention to detail and analytical
• Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline and detailed oriented environment
