As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the entire management of software development, from the creation of user stories to testing and product release. You will be responsible for managing IT project managers and IT suppliers. Preferably experienced tech companies.

Responsibilities:

• Write user stories, expressing the business objective, key metrics, and success criteria in a linear and precise manner
• Carry out and monitor the progress of A/B testing
• Ensure that the product supports the overall business strategy and objectives
• Manage support, development, testing, and certification processes
• Collect and prioritize product and customer requirements
• Manage product development and delivery teams
• Effectively manage communication with stakeholders and evangelize the organization on product functionality, monitor its proper functioning
• Propose, through analysis of demand and changes in the market, evolutionary elements for the products of competence
• Manage the budget management and economic orders of the structure managed
• Collaborate with third parties to evaluate partnerships

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or Engineering
• Experience in product management preferably in tech companies
• Experience in project/product management, planning, execution, and delivery in an agile environment (scrum), using project management tools
• Multiple project management and time management
• Demonstrated competence in program development and project management. You will need to keep abreast of the latest trends in Tech companies, digital platforms, user experience, and product management methodologies, test, and compare products against similar solutions or platforms
• Ability to identify workflow issues, summarise requirements, and provide solutions
• Interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills in English
• Demonstrated project management skills and knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Growth mindset
