We are searching for a:

Global Product Manager for mid-range Tractors

Your tasks:

•As the person responsible for the tractor series, you will ensure professional and technically high-quality support during the whole product life cycle of the series •By observing the markets and analyzing competitive solutions, you can identify requirements and guidelines, evaluate them from a business management perspective and communicate them to the appropriate departments •You create the tractor configuration, which can be configured in the final product in the price list by the sales department •You support pricing by creating benchmarks •You will be responsible for the further development of the markets by preparing product information material and making it available for the markets, working closely with the development department •You are responsible for the creation and updating of functional specifications •For new product launches, you define key features of the models and create marketing guidelines, based on these, create shooting lists, then structure the brochures and finally approve them •With the goal of communicating complex issues in an understandable way, you will prepare presentations and short instructions

Requirements

•Degree in agricultural sciences with at least one year of branch-specific professional experience

•Business fluent English (international team)

•Secure handling of MS-Office

•Readiness to travel

•High personal commitment, understanding of values and loyalty
