What you will be doing
As part of our Partnerships Division, you will work in a fast and dynamic environment, contributing to accelerate Satispay’s growth as the leading mobile payments method in Italy and Europe.
You will then be at the forefront of providing operational support to our partners, proactively contacting their already acquired customer base, to complete the Satispay Business activation process. This role will strongly contribute to the achievement of corporate objectives but also useful to optimize the process of merchant acquisition in this specific channel.
Your main tasks will be:
- dealing with small merchants, already onboarded by our partners, in order to convert the lead into an active business profile.
- promoting our payment solutions to small business merchants, through both inbound and outbound activities, within the partner‘s merchants customer base.
- Daily monitoring of the performance of the business line in order to be able to assess untapped opportunities or areas of improvement, for each new partner
- challenge yourself and test your communication and negotiation skills. The activity will be handled mainly by phone calls and email.

- fluent in English (oral and written)

Our ideal candidate has:
- 2+ year of proven sales experience, great communication and negotiation skills,
- quantitative approach and mindset, at ease using and working on spreadsheet, graphs, data set and analysis tool,
- achieved a successful track record in selling Digital or Payment services.
- high motivation, goal orientation and target driven approach. You will also need to show creativity enough to find alternative solutions to ordinary problems,
- fluency in English and Italian, knowledge of other languages is considered a plus.

The role is based in Milan, Italy.
