In Italy we are present with more than 600 people and 4 production sites. With our main local brands FIP, REDI, ASTORE and ISEA we make products for the building, infrastructure, industry and agriculture sectors.
We offer a role as Segment Manager for the Industry area, who will report to the Marketing Director Italy. The candidate will be based in our site in Casella (GE). This figure will have responsibility for 3 years marketing roadmap to support revenue development within industrial segment in Italy. He will have to design, test and maintain value propositions offered to key stakeholders in designated sub-segments, and support sales in execution of the growth plan and in business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure in depth understanding of end-customers’ needs, overall value chain and route to market within sub-segments served.
- Transform market understanding into differentiated value propositions and go to market strategy, recommend clear expectation towards supply chain and operations community to deliver successful implementation.
- Foster profitable growth by developing and maintaining the Aliaxis offering and positioning, by deepening relationship with key decision makers and growing market insight and intelligence.
- Develop related marketing tools, communication and action plans and their execution with sales team.
- Identify new hunting grounds within the regional area and fields of application.
- Work closely with Segment Director EMEA (functional reporting line) to develop country marketing plans and implementation of group core marketing processes, aligned with overarching EMEA strategy
- Support local execution of category plans, recommend local adaptations if needed.
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in a marketing function or in technical sales
- Knowledge or experience in product management would be an advantage
- Strong analytical and communicative skills as well as conceptual thinking and organized work
- Ability to recognize challenges and opportunities and to convert them into targeted recommendations for action
- Microsoft Office 365 and ability to work with data structures and bulk data required
- Fluent in English
