Job Description

In this role, you will report directly to our CEO amp; Co-Founder. Accept the challenge of supporting the scaling phase of TeiaCare cross the three main departments, Sales amp; Marketing, Product and Operations and take TeiaCare to the next level in the digital health companies landscape.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Consistently recruiting excellent staff and maintaining a smooth onboarding process;
  • Training, counselling, and coaching our staff;
  • Organising social amp; team building occasions;
  • Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation;
  • Assisting with the performance management and review processes;
  • Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness;
  • Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance;
  • Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures;
  • Maintaining employee and workplace privacy;

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent.
  • 2+ year experience in a similar role;
  • Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, Windows/MacOS;
  • Creativity and initiative in searching for information through different sources;
  • Being a natural born communicator, with superb organisational skills and attention to detail;
  • Fluency in verbal and written Italian and English.

What constitutes a major plus:

  • Previous experience in leading a team of human resource specialist / managers;
  • Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Written and spoken proficiency in one or more of these languages: French, Spanish, German.
