Job Description

In this role, you will report directly to our Delivery Manager. You will be supporting your manager, ensuring that Ancelia’s users are fully trained and are continuously engaged across the development and release of new product features. Understanding and reporting their feedback back to our development team will be of the foremost importance.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Demonstrate the value of Ancelia technology to advance customer business objectives;
  • Complete the customer onboarding with specific training sessions to the different users (carers, nurses, managers);
  • Tracking and reporting on product roadmap deliver progress, including reporting every customer feedback;
  • Assist in product configurations, user trainings, data migration, and technical support;
  • Ensure timely production and updates of internal and customer documentation, and training materials

Requirements

  • BSc/MSc in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent experience;
  • 1+ year experience in a relevant role;
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, Windows/Mac OS;
  • Creativity and initiative in searching for information through different sources;
  • Being a natural born communicator, with superb organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Fluency in verbal and written Italian and English.

What constitutes a major plus:

  • Previous experience in a similar role;
  • Written and spoken proficiency in one or more of these languages: English, French, Spanish, German.
