Generali Global Corporate amp; Commercial is the Generali Group unit that develops Pamp;C business and insurance services for medium and large companies. The unit acts on a global scale and deploys an integrated approach at Group level with a central management team and specialized teams active in individual countries. Through GCamp;C, Generali aims to become a key world player in the corporate-commercial segment. 1.200 employees are working for GCamp;C in 7 countries or region from south America to Asia. GCamp;C Central Team communication and CSR Team is looking for a Head of Communication and CSR.

Responsible for:
GCamp;C Communication and Sustainability Plan development
1. Define the brand positioning elements;
2. Identify GCamp;C initiatives that can support the positioning
3. Establish Communication amp; Sustainability strategy and objectives
4. Plan timing and budget
Implementation of the Communication amp; Sustainability activities
Coordination of GCamp;C initiatives with an impact on reputation
Regular check of the Communication and Sustainability results, in line with the Plan
Main activities:
Content and Corporate Identity : Corporate Identity and related contents developing through strategies, guidelines and messages both internally and externally. Editorial projects and corporate communication materials developing, ensuring consistency and uniqueness of messages and communication style.
Internal communications: Coordinate and implement communication initiatives towards employees. CEO strategic communications development, newsletters to employees and Intranet management. Internal Advertising and events for employees definition and management.
Media Relations : Responsible for managing relations with the sector trade media and financial media
Digital Communication: Digital Communication strategy definition, aimed at ensuring the correct online positioning. Responsible for overseeing the digital channels, defining and processing the contents to be conveyed, with the aim of ensuring their consistency and uniqueness.
Events amp; Sponsorship: Identify sponsorship opportunities in line with the communication strategy. Responsible for the activation towards different types of public and takes care of the implementation of corporate initiatives. Guidelines definitions for sponsorships on a local basis and consistency check of all the initiatives where the Generali brand is present. External events management, excluding those of the distribution network.
Corporate Social Responsibility: To guarantee the promotion, implementation and monitoring of Sustainability Policies and practices, developing a new approach in line with the Group's positioning. It handles the collection of GCamp;C information to support the Group's integrated reporting
