SEO Specialist
We are looking for talents to join our product team as SEO Specialist.

The role
You will be entitled to the positioning and performance of Prima Assicurazioni websites in the different organic search channels.
Specifically, you will take care of:
- Constant interaction with the Product and Engineering teams to share the guidelines, best practices, and specific SEO techniques to be implemented in local and global projects
- Performance analysis of Prima’s website organic traffic, the backlink profile and the website contents to target the right actions needed to foster the traffic, conversion rate and revenues growth from the organic channel
- Periodic site audit aiming to identify bugs and crawling issues and indexing
- Keywords research analysis of competitors through the use of specific SEO tools
- Prima’s existing contents optimisation and planning of new content in collaboration with the Copywriters
- Supporto to Digital PR activities to grant and provide the building of a high-quality backlink profile
- Monitoring and improving the Brand Reputation.
Requirements
Key requirements
You are our ideal candidate if you meet these requirements:
- At least three years of proven experience as an SEO specialist
- Deep knowledge of the leading SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog Google Search Console e AWR) and Google Analytics
- Deep knowledge of ranking factors and the logic of the principal Google algorithms
- Curiosity and constant updating of the latest SEO trends
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS and Java Scripts
- Good attitude to data analysis and presentation (e.g. Google Data Studio)
- Organisational skills, ability to work in a team and a strong propensity for problem-solving
- Excellent knowledge of the English language, written and spoken

The employment is Full Time and the CCNL of Commerce regulates our contracts.
