We're looking for an Accountant to join our team in Milan as part of our multi-country accounting team. The Accountant will report to the Regional Accounting Manager - South Europe and will support the team.
What you will do:
- Vendor set-up
- Ensure all supporting documents are complete for invoice entry
- Research and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies
- Ensure timely and accurate entry of invoices
- Have the ability to effectively communicate with team members across different office locations
- Reply to questions from vendors
Requirements
What we are looking for:
- At least 4 years of accounting experience in multinational companies
- A team player with the ability to work independently
- Ability to manage a high-volume workload efficiently and effectively
- Multilingual is an asset (English is a must) + any additional language
Initial fixed-term contract for 12 months - with possibility to become permanent
