About the role:
We are looking for a Client Success Manager to be part of the journey at Ogury, a scalable and international company specialised in the mobile advertising ecosystem. You will be part of an international team with great values, selling an innovative and booming product worldwide and for new markets. You will be the referral of the client satisfaction, you will assist them in their mobile media strategies and you will monitor the client accounts in order to help them to grow up and fidelize them. You’ll be partnering with the Sales team for growing and nurturing a portfolio of customers for the DACH market by understanding their goals and needs and identifying opportunities for growth to realise re-booking and up-selling.What you will be doing
  • Management and ownership of a client portfolio with your Sales team
  • Be your clients’ advocate and liaise with internal departments to ensure campaign success during every stage of the sales cycle
  • Assistance of your clients in their mobile media strategies and providing them with insights and recommendations to help them understand their campaign performance
  • Creation of proposals amp; media recommendations for your clients
  • Monitoring and analysing campaigns as part of the advertisers’ portfolio
  • Ensuring expertise, excellence and consistency in all aspects of the campaigns
  • Growing and nurturing the portfolio of customers by understanding their goals and needs and identifying opportunities for growth to realise rebookings
  • Troubleshooting, in collaboration with the Ad Operations teams
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with our direct and agency clients and increasing their retention
  • Proactively identifying new initiatives and tools and professionally using existing ones on a daily basis to increase client excellence, creation of best cases campaigns and best practices
  • Troubleshooting in collaboration with the Ad Operations and Support teams
  • Participation in workshops, events and Quarterly Business Reviews with clients
  • Creation of end of campaign reports based on your analysis and presenting it back to the clients face to face or in an online meeting
  • Analysing our Ogury Insights to make the best recommendations for your client
  • Updating your knowledge of all Ogury’s solutions
About you
  • You have a strong appetite for advertising, digital technologies and the mobile ecosystem
  • You ideally have 2-3 years of experience in the digital marketing industry
  • You can make the difference if you already held a similar experience in a mobile or ad tech company or digital agency
  • You are rigorous, detail oriented, comfortable with numbers and have strong analysis abilities amp; relational skills
  • You enjoy working with clients and going the extra mile for them
  • You are a confident presenter
  • You always want to move forward, you are proactive in your job
  • You are a good team player
  • You know how to step in and take ownership of tasks and projects
  • You know how to deal with priorities and you keep the overview in busy situations
  • You are flexible in your approaches and adapt quickly to new situations
  • You speak German fluently and you also speak English on a business level
  • Knowledge of programmatic will be a big plus!
