Accounting Intern

• Work with the accounting and finance teams to prepare journal entries and maintain balance sheet reconciliations
• Run reports to analyze and reconcile general ledger account balances
• Assist in the month-end close process
• Enter bank activity daily and perform the bank reconciliation at month-end
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reporting packages
• Assist with various external reporting tasks which include annual audits, tax compliance, etc.
• Perform ad-hoc projects, as needed

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program with a major/concentration in accounting and entering or already in their junior or senior year
• Working knowledge of Excel
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Driven and self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
