We're looking for a talented Post Merger Integration Manager to lead the organization through major transformational events such as integrations and who has the skills to help realize the full value of each transaction from when the deal is signed through closing and beyond.

To be successful, this Integration Project Manager must:

  • Be a proactive self-starter capable of working independently
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work across a highly matrixed organization while interacting, influencing, and negotiating effectively with all levels of leadership and peers
  • Proactively identify risks and potential issues, manage mitigation plans, and escalate, as necessary
  • Demonstrate leadership experience with complex initiatives, with frequent and substantial priority changes, challenging timelines, and resource constraints
  • Be considered an expert on best practices in project management and be able to pivot the project management approach to meet the needs of stakeholders
  • Possess strong time management skills and be able to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Be flexible to pivot as priorities shift
  • Be curious and interested in learning by doing
  • Be able to communicate in front of large groups and with various levels and backgrounds within the organization, including executive leadership
  • Anticipate potential objections and influence others to adopt a different point of view


Core responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project deliverables across the assigned post-merger integration own and manage project scope, risk identification and mitigation, timelines, reporting, and delivery of assigned projects within acceptable timeframes and quality standards
  • Partner with another stakeholder to ensure timelines are adhered to and risks are communicated as needed
  • Manage business unit-specific impacts of the project including, but not limited to, surfacing where additional investment may be needed
  • Draft and execute project communications and lead project meetings
  • Maintain ownership of necessary project artifacts, such as schedules and work plans, estimates, issues tracking and status reporting, to manage the project lifecycle
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the project team
  • Understand integration dependencies and communicate impacts to all stakeholder levels
  • Act as a change champion for both MotorK and acquired company employees with the ability to inspire and sustain engagement through shared purpose and vision
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and regulations
  • Regularly communicate progress and challenges to the Integration Program Lead
  • Support the ongoing evolution of post-merger integration process documentation
  • All other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in leading projects or to execute Mamp;A integration
  • MBA or relevant graduate degree from a top-tier institution or similar academic/professional experience
  • Experience working in a demanding environment with highly motivated and driven professionals
  • Experience in Project Management, Organizational Design, or another related field preferred
  • Experience with post-merger integration project management is a plus, but not required
  • Global or multinational business experience preferred
  • Fluency in English is a must, any additional European language is a plus
