We are currently looking for an Enterprise Project and Account Manager to join our team! Someone who is a senior and expert digital transformation/digital marketing enthusiast, with previous experience in complex and demanding environments, who would like to continue his/her career by joining our Enterprise Team.
The candidate will take the responsibility of project management and account management for one of the most relevant MotorK clients, taking care of several project streams.
Responsibilities
- Lead project management activities both on functional and technical aspects;
- Ensure client service in terms of execution quality, flexibility, and quick reaction even to last-minute requests;
- Guarantee account management taking care of administrative tasks, but most importantly facilitate up-sell and cross-sell opportunities generation based on client needs;
- Supervise the production of documents such as proposals, slides, reports, and minutes in Italian and EnglishInterpret data and analyze results to monitor project progress and performances and take action to address issues and preserve project profitability;
- Lead the interaction between other functional and technical teams working on assigned projects (i.e. customer support, developers, product specialists).
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Master’s in Economics/Business Administration or similar;
- Good knowledge of Digital Marketing and Digital Strategy fundamentals as well as CRM and Lead Management logic;
- Used to manage direct reports cross-functional teams;
- Proven client-facing experience with mid and senior-level stakeholders;
- Proficiency in MS Excel (e.g. using pivots, and lookups..);
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and G Suite suite;
- Ability to organize work tasks, set priorities, and manage deadlines;
- Strong analytical (numeric amp; strategic) and process thinking capabilities;
- Extreme attention to detail, quality, and deadlines;
- Excellent writing, verbal communication;
- Native Italian speaker, fluent in English, another foreign language is appreciated;
- Previous experience in the automotive industry, consultancy firm, top tier marketing agency is considered a plus.
