Job Description

We are searching for a growth hacker to drive awareness, sales, and expansion of our products and services. In this role, you will work with our team to determine key pain points, bottlenecks, and opportunities for our business. You will devise, implement, and execute initiatives and strategies to grow our brand's market share and customer base.

To ensure success as a growth hacker, you should be skilled at optimizing business processes across all departments and able to tailor your solutions to different markets, scenarios, products, and goals. A top-notch growth hacker is innovative, passionate about startups, and an expert at executing strategies for business growth

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, strategy, business management, or similar;
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a related role in B2B tech company;
  • Strong analytical skills, including A/B testing, web metrics, and sales metrics;
  • Skilled at web optimization, sales generation, conversion analysis, and creating sales funnels;
  • Knowledge of various growth-hacking tools, such as automation and campaign monitoring platforms.

What You will do

  • Determining key pain points, bottlenecks, and opportunities for our business growth aligned with business targets;
  • Devising, implementing, and executing initiatives and strategies to grow our brand's market share and customer base;
  • Researching and understanding the company's long-term goals;
  • Develop digital campaigns to increase web traffic;
  • Choosing, setting, and prioritizing growth goals for the company, in accordance with the other departments involved;
  • Configuring KPIs to monitor progress and measure achievements;
  • Conducting research and experiments to find new ways to reach target audiences, identifying the most effective channels;
  • Identifying growth opportunities for the company;
  • Designing and setting up experiments to test whether designed interventions will impact the business, then scaling and automating the growth processes;
  • Implementing projects to achieve growth goals for the company and an intense demand generation;
  • Understanding how to generate leads and convert leads into customers;
  • Using data, analytics, and other tools to inform decisions and growth strategies;
  • Reporting on initiatives and projects to the leadership team;
  • Replicating successful strategies at scale and in new markets.


What Would Be Nice To Have

  • Experience working in B2B software industry;
  • Experience coding with JS/HTML/CSS;
  • Familiarity with startups environment.
