Job Description

Our client is looking for a BMS integration manager on an exciting project in Sweden.?

The project is a large industrial build, as the integration manager, you'll be required to manage and successfully deliver a complex site package.

The Integration manager will overview the work of contracts and subcontractors on site from design, through installation and commissioning.

Requirements

  • Engineering degree in electrical amp; electronics/ Construction management / Building service engineering qualification.
  • 5+ years experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge in the engineering of construction, installation, and inspections.
  • Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Control, BMS, Telecom, Fire Alarm, PAGA, CCTV and Security System. Knowledge/ experience working with a number of the above subsystems an advantage.
  • Commissioning experience required
  • ABB control system knowledge an advantage.
Key Tasks
  • Investigation into latent defects and provide engineered solutions where necessary.
  • Procurement of subcontractors for post-completion works.
  • Preparation of purchase orders, works orders, and associated documents.
  • Control of contractors and subcontractors
  • Liaison with the Project Management and their agents on post-completion matters.
  • Review of ongoing works with a view to highlighting potential defects.
  • To comply with Company Policies and Procedures as well as Health and Safety Policies

Essential Criteria
  • Excellent management skills
  • 5 Years Experience in a MEP Site Management Role
  • Proven Track Record on working on projects of high value and an industrial nature
  • Excellent self organisation skills and ability to organise others
  • Priority management
  • Knowledge of building regulations
  • Ability to drive program
  • High levels of quality standards
  • Attention to Hamp;S matters
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
