THE ROLE
Now we're looking to recruit a Corporate Actions Specialist on a full time, permanent basis to join the existing international team.
- Perform day-to-day processing activities with high degree of accuracy and resolve client queries
- Ensure departmental procedure documents and job aids that are created are accurate, complete, and up-to-date
- Communicate with confidence and creates a credible impression internally and externally, ensuring that information presented is current and accurate
- Identify and propose process improvements and possess the ability to see them through from concept to implementation
- Align risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately
- Ability to contribute to project management work with a strong emphasis on time management, follow through and optimal results
Requirements
- Experience in Corporate Actions positions in Brokerage companies, Dealers or Banks
- Experienced Bloomberg Terminal and excel add-in user
- Excellent communication skills in English (written amp; verbal), other languages are an advantage
- Problem analysis and problem-solving skills, decision-making, influencing, strong communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, negotiation skills, organizing and time management skills
