Job Description

The Country Hacker will be working closely together with the Sales Director to further expand the distribution of the Future Farm brand across Italy and support the local partner operations.

  • Support local partner in the expansion of the distribution model across different channels Retail, Wholesales amp; Foodservice
  • Work with marketing and trade marketing teams on innovative, lean amp; impactful activities to hack the Future Farm brand in the market, building awareness, digital partnerships, and consumer engagement in the country.
  • Full ownership of the sales budget, forecast and expense tracking for the commercial activities
  • Administrative tasks related to commercial management: weekly priorities, monthly planning, and quarter meetings, develop tools to improve on/off trade executions

  • You have 3+ years of experience in Sales in roles such as Key Account Manager, Sales Executive, Regional Sales Manager, Distributor Manager at companies in the FMCG sector.
  • Experience in export/import sales from/to another continents amp; EU
  • Had prior experience in listing a new/innovative brand, business, or a product across key retailers on national and/or regional level
  • You have availability to travel; you work well under pressure and autonomously.
  • You have prior experience working with spreadsheets and developing compelling presentations.
  • Analytical and data-driven, used to data crunching amp; insights to build easy to understand argumentations. A performance-oriented person with consumer-centric thinking
  • Fluent in English (please make your application in English)
  • You must have a work permit for Italy

You impress us even more if you have

  • Good network in GDO, experience with key retailers Esselunga, Conad, Coop, Carrefour and/or Horeca B2B sales
  • Prior experience in the food sectors especially Chill, Frozen, BIO amp; healthy
  • Worked in Start-Up before

PS: You will be working from Reggio Emilia Offices twice a week, so it is important to have easy access to it. Preferably Milan or Bologna
