In addition, working together with other members of the Operations Team, you will:

• Take care of the end-to-end recruitment process by pre-screening and interviewing candidates, conducting reference checks, and run in-office days
• Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training amp; development initiatives
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topic and resolve any issues that may arise
• Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures
• Assist with all internal and external HR related matters
• Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices
• Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports

Some important details:

• Empatica is an international environment with offices in Europe and the US, and so we conduct all our work in English.
• We are operating a hybrid model where our employees choose whether to work from home or come to the office, however this is not a full-remote position.

Requirements

You are the ideal person for this job if you:

• Have BSc in Human Resources Management or similar field
• Have 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources field or relevant administrative position
• Have good understanding of full-cycle recruiting
• Are familiarity with ATS software and resume databases
• Are very proactive and able to think on your feet
• Are able to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner, and skillfully gather and analyze information
• Are able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently
• Have a passion for Empatica’s products and mission
• Have resilience, a get-things-done attitude, and an innate desire to do great work
