About the role

The ideal candidate is motivated to work in a fast-paced startup and has a strong desire to grow and learn. As part of the Sales OPS team, you will make sure that everything runs smoothly and eliminate any obstacles that might threaten the well-being of our company. You’re full of excitement and are not afraid to speak up when you see an improvement can be made.

Join our multi-faceted Sales Team, with primary focus on Empatica’s wire range of B2B solutions for experimental research. You will be involved in all stages of the sales process, working closely with various teams at the company, including the Business Development, the Accounting, the Logistics, and the Customer Happiness teams to deliver top tier service to our customers. Beyond this, you’ll help us provide high quality service, and best of all, improve people’s lives.

Your day-to-day activities will include, but will not be limited to:

• Pipeline management (inbound)
• Sales processes optimization
• Sales Metrics monitoring and reporting
• CRM tools management (Salesforce, Odoo, etc.)
• Learn a lot
• Be challenged

Some important details:

• Empatica is an international environment with offices in Europe and the US, and so we conduct all our work in English.
• We are operating a hybrid model where our employees choose whether to work from home or come to the office.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business, Legal, or related fields
• Are able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently
• Previous experience with Sales Force is an advantage
• A genuine interest, passion, and motivation for Empatica's mission: to unlock a better, data-driven understanding of human health, and drive better outcomes for millions of people
• A passion for technology and innovation
• A pragmatic and execution mindset
• Have resilience, a get-things-done attitude, and an innate desire to do great work
