Responsibilities
- Reports to the SVP Technology
- Ensure smooth running and coordination of internal IT enablement team (3 people)
- Oversees software procurement, ensure consistency of IT practice (tool duplication, shadow IT)
- Implements IT security best practices in the company, and drives the adoption of proper technologies to ensure minimization of IT related risks, driving the company towards the SOC 2 / ISO 27001 certification process
- Provide active support in all the provider certification processes Motork undergoes when dealing with enterprise customers
- Participate to the DPO committee, actively covering data privacy topics for what concerns the areas under his management
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in similar roles
- Hands on experience in managing internal IT of companies with similar complexity / size (e.g. a couple of hundreds employees, hybrid work mode, BYOD policy, etc?)
- Experience in leading a small team of internal IT amp; support, while collaborating widely with the entire organisation
- Good Communication skills
- Background in IT process structuring / IT security (does not need to be a security expert, but awareness of the related topics is a requirement)
- Has a clear potential to scale up the IT team and processes to the next level
