Your mission
We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Financial Controller to join our Finance team and be fully responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
You will be reporting directly to our CFO and will be in charge of:
- Reviewing the company's financial statements to ensure their accuracy and preparing monthly reports for management, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements;
- Structuring, monitoring, and analyzing a KPI system for all the departments;
- Managing and mentoring one junior controller and closely working with Heads of and C-levels;
- Taking care of revenue management, reporting budget variances, and recommending changes in policies and procedures aimed at improving financial performances.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience as a financial controller or in a similar role;
- Good understanding of ERP software (such as Oracle, Navision, or SAP);
- Master's degree in Finance or equivalent;
- Deep knowledge of Excel;
- Good understanding of ERP software (such as Oracle, Navision, or SAP);
- Experience in a SaaS company;
- Great management skills.

Location
At iubenda we believe in full-remote. Accordingly, you will be completely free and entitled to work from wherever you prefer in the world.
At the same time, at your disposal, you have our Bologna and Milan offices. Both are incredibly nice places to work from, located in the center of their respective cities. In case you would prefer to work from one of our offices and not remotely, we are currently offering a hybrid work model, to give the chance to our colleagues to work from one of our offices up to 2 days per week.
