What you will be doing
As a UX/UI Designer, you will work closely with the Product team, by improving Satispay digital core products and designing new features from research to UX, UI, testing, and delivery.
The chosen candidate will be responsible for carrying out the following activities:
Design websites, apps, and other mobile interfaces across multiple platforms such as iOS, Android, Windows, and mobile web. We expect you to have an evolved understanding of how people use their devices, and flexibility to adapt to new technologies;
Improve design interfaces and flows based on users journey, always considering Satispay design system;
Apply solutions on multiple platforms bringing together the users needs, business goals, and technology realities;
Work closely with developers in order to deliver high-quality designs to customers;
Propose new ideas for existing products based on new tools, trends, competitors, and data analysis;
Cooperate with an interdisciplinary team that includes product leads, other designers, marketing, BI, and developers.

Our ideal candidate:
is inspired by Satispay’s brand and vision;
has 2-5 years of previous working experience as UX / UI designer (experience in fintech environments is considered a strong plus);
has understanding of all aspects of design - including information architecture, visual design, prototyping, interaction and animation, industry standards for mobile and web-based applications, and UX best practices;
has strong skills in designing tools such as Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Knowledge of After Effect and skills in usability testing is considered a plus;
has a strong Portfolio that shows great projects;
is a great communicator and has time management skills. We need an exceptional team player;
is a challenge lover. A pro-active approach and a problem-solving mindset are key in an innovative environment;
is able to interact with professional proficiency in both Italian and English.

The role is based in Milan, Italy.
