What you will be doing
Help our Merchant base in being always ready to accept Satispay:
giving service activation support by inbound and outbound calls;
managing large amounts of incoming tickets,
managing all orders for in-store visibility materials shipping (every new shop must receive our welcome kit within a few days from activation)
being ready to get involved in process design

Our ideal candidate:
is a natural multitasker, capable of handling multiple tasks and doing them well;
has excellent interpersonal and communication abilities;
has strong computer skills, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel;
has a Detail-oriented mindset;
a great attitude, an open mind, an eagerness to learn and a willingness to take the initiative, no matter the task, is the top requirement. The ability to learn new things quickly and implement them efficiently, within very tight timelines;
knowledge of German and/or French is considered as a strong plus
