What you will be doing
As Head of CRM your main task will be to strategize and execute high impact campaigns on Satispay customer base. You will look for opportunities of improvement, with the aim to define and manage new CRM ideas and features. As a central leader, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating these campaigns for all markets across Europe.
In particular you will:
define and execute the CRM strategy
analyze data to inform internal stakeholders
identify relevant consumer segments to be targeted with campaigns
produce reports about main campaigns
build, look after and manage automated and transactional flows
own and deliver the implementation of new features to be used across lifecycle in order to optimize CRM
size potential opportunities, through utilizing internal data tools while partnering with the BI Team

Our ideal candidate:
has 10+ years of proven experience in marketing or CRM roles, especially managing CRM tools (e.g. Mailchimp, Braze, Iterable)
is driven by the desire to understand our customers’ experiences and find new ways to deepen our relationship with them
is obsessed with CRO
is highly comfortable with data
loves simplifying and automating, making highly logical and analytical considerations to make things better and more efficient
strong leadership skills. Managed a team before.
Excellent effective communication and presentation skills. English fluency is mandatory. Italian, French, German are considered a plus.
