Position Summary
The Accounting amp; Finance Associate will be working alongside the Italian management team and global Accounting amp; Finance team. This position includes several responsibilities such as supporting the invoicing/ billing process of the company, preparing monthly reports, updating financial data, issuing tax statements, assisting in tax returns or audits, and, in general, supporting all accounting and financial matters.
Responsibilities
- Recording of invoices - active and passive cycle
- Monitoring of incoming and outgoing payments
- Reconciliation of supplier and customer accounts
- Maintaining of general ledger
- Preparation of weekly and monthly reports
- Cash forecasting
Requirements
- 1-3 years of audit/ accounting experience in Big 4 or within a fast-paced environment
- Preferably a university degree in Accounting, Business or Economics
- Experience in accounting and finance due diligence
- Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills with strong attention to detail
- Passion for working with numbers, a strong work ethic, and a can-do attitude
- Impeccable attention to detail and ability to coordinate a number of tasks with a wide range of stakeholders in a scaleup environment
- Certified Public Accountant or certifications are welcome
- Ideally, you are an automotive enthusiast

- Understanding of the mobility space;
