Position Summary
The Customer Experience Associate will have an active role in coordinating and executing inquiries by our customers. His/Her primary responsibility will be ensuring that our customers’ needs are met with the highest quality through guiding them to the right answer with all of their requests. Learning on the job, the Customer Experience Associate will gain insight into a broad variety of operational tasks with the opportunity to develop into several operational roles. Insights include the communication and collaboration with different internal departments and the preparation and maintaining supporting documentation for our customers’ journey. Possible paths for development include partnership roles, geographic expansion roles, or other related customer facing roles in the future within our ever growing organization.
Requirements
- Recent university graduate
- 1-2 years prior experience in customer service / a client facing role is considered a plus
- Customer-first mindset and proven ability to commit to your work
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate a number of tasks with a wide range of stakeholders within a startup environment
- Love for a varied day with a mix of communications, organization, and customer touchpoints
- Can act independently, solve problems by yourself and enjoy going the extra mile to make sure our customers are served perfectly
- Ideally, you are an automotive enthusiast!
