Position Summary

The Talent Acquisition Partner will play a crucial role in scaling up FlexAuto Italy together with the senior team in Italy. He/She will be responsible for streamlining all recruiting topics at scale in the Italian market and will spearhead the recruitment efforts to sky-rocket our local presence in Italy.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to scale across all functions in Italy
  • Proactively source talent for FlexAuto by actively networking and headhunting
  • Draft and advertise new positions, coordinating needs alongside the country manager Italy and the group expansion team
  • Assess the organization’s staffing needs, handle employee relations, and engage in succession planning
  • Advise on the structuring of each department and team, including identification of most efficient hierarchical structure
  • Coordinate and oversee policy development and communicate HR practices and procedures to both employees and top management
  • Be the person of contact and resolve potential workplace conflicts by providing excellent assistance and guidance to all employees and by promoting a positive work environment
  • Adhere and promote the company’s values and its culture

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting / talent acquisition in fast-paced / hyper growth environments
  • Experience in prioritizing workloads, multi-task and manage multiple recruiting pipelines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strategic thinking and a visionary personality that encourages innovation and change in a hyper-growth environment
  • High level of integrity with a strong work ethic and aptitude for problem-solving
  • Deep understanding of the Italian recruiting environment
  • Excellent command of the Italian / English language (both written and spoken)

Considered as a plus

  • Knowledge of Italian labour and employment legislation
  • Past experience in building a strong Employer branding proposition
  • Experience recruiting in key positions to scale-up markets
