Our Custumer and Service Departement is looking for a figure that will guarantee the correct process of orders and that will support and collaborate with internal departments and customers in order to enhance business development


Tasks amp; Responsabilities:

  • Ensure/Manage sales orders, prices and discount conditions and anagraphic customers in ERP
  • Provide orders to warehouse and logistic within daily cutoff
  • Ensure the administrative handling of returned goods
  • Ensure that invoices are correct and matched with conditions of original orders
  • Monitoring of orders process from entry to delivery
  • Coordinate all activities in order to verify and record debit notes or issue credit note
  • Deal directly with customers and sales force either by telephone or mail for manage to customer inquiries


Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience possibly in Food amp; Beverage industry or FMCG.
  • Preferable administrative experience or trade marketing experience
  • Knowledge of SAP is preferred
  • knowledge of accounting
  • Ability to work with different priorities, flexibility, strong attitude to interpersonal relationship, problem solving and project management skills
  • Customer oriented
  • Intermediate in English
  • Intermediate Office user
