About Clinical Sales Manager
Clinical and business support for distributor network in Italy.
Tasks
- Support the Italian distributors of Distalmotion in their normal business
- Responsibility to achieve and exceed sales and usage target of Dexter and Dexter surgeries in Italy
- Attend and support client meetings alongside Italian Distributors
- Conduct sales and clinical training for Italian distributor’s staff as and when necessary
- Help drive utilization of Dexter procedures with the customers in assigned territory.
- Assist the distributor in cross-selling the use of Dexter to clinical specialities not using Dexter in hospitals.
- Train and accompany surgeons and OR staff in the use of Dexter’s robot before and during procedures.
- Communication and presentation of the clinical benefits of Dexter often to wide audiences.
- Own customer satisfaction, support and evolve surgeon and KOL network.
- Support the distributor on training of staff on clinical issues.
- Participation in important trade fairs, events, and personal presence on the market.
- Forecasting of predicted usage
- Assist in matters of regulatory clearance and market access where necessary.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of medical device sales or account management or clinical support experience in relevant specialty. Preferably some experience in collaborating with an indirect sales channel environment.
- Preferably with good knowledge in General surgery, Gynaecology and Urology.
- Experience and understanding of laparoscopy during OR procedures
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, diligence, proactive hands-on mentality with flexible and organised mindset.
- High willingness to travel and flexibility within Italy and Switzerland.
- Fluent in Italian and English (must have). Good command of French language: an asset.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google applications.
