Role Overview

Do you love to hit send on an email with confidence you’ve dotted all the T’s and crossed all the I’s. We need a team member who can develop and champion email marketing automation best practices and work with the marketing team to deploy and track email campaigns. This role is for someone who enjoys technical details, has a good mind for process and how things work, and is happy when working on many projects simultaneously.

This position will be a key executor for the Marketing Technology team, and serve as a critical link between marketing strategy and marketing technology team to create, deploy and report on email marketing campaigns. They are a certified expert of the marketing automation tool and develop company-wide best practices across email.

You Will:

• Build email QA process and work with the team to deliver emails on time, on brand and on budget
• Strategic stakeholder in all marketing campaign design giving direction and insight into best practices
• Execute email automation ensuring campaign strategy is achieved
• Design A/B tests on automated marketing campaigns to maximize results and develop a library of best practices and insights.
• Expert with audience segmentation and data integrity, ensuring a quality, personalization experience for all email sends.
• Reports on all campaigns to key stakeholders and provides insight on optimization opportunities.
• Works collaboratively with other departments to ensure automated campaigns achieve company goals.
• Ensures email deliverability maintaining a healthy dedicated IP.

Requirements

You have:

• Degree in marketing analytics, marketing strategy, business analytics or related field
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing and web analytics
• Proficient knowledge of digital marketing automation technology (HubSpot preferred)
• Deep understanding of email best practices and automation
• Demonstrated experience using technology amp; marketing expertise to drive performance improvements
• Exceptional business acumen amp; understanding of email performance metrics.
• Excellent written amp; verbal communication skills. Proven ability to deliver messages in a manner that is clear, effective and engaging.
• Strong level of business English
