This is a remote job, but you must speak English and Italian.
Requirements
1. Role and Responsibilities
As an Account Executive , you will play a vital role in the success of Sinch’s SaaS product which offers mobile campaigns, chatbots, customer service, conversational commerce, and newsletter marketing.
You actively prospect in collaboration with a Sales Development Representative (SDR), handle incoming leads, give demos, negotiate pricing and close deals. After deal closure you hand over the client to Customer Success who continues the expansion journey with the client.
Essentially in this role you find and guide clients in making the right decisions in their buyer journey to maximize value from our platform.

2. In order to contribute to this role, you have:
Have knowledge of Software as a Service (SaaS) as a business model and have a previous experience in SaaS sales development. You understand how SaaS sales works - finding the right trigger points by listening to the prospect, use the right approach for an industry and you like working together with a team to close the deal.
