IT Systems Administrator is a highly collaborative role committed to achieving the highest standards of IT infrastructure and related services in line with business requirements and the Global IT / Regional IT / Studio objectives. The Systems Administrator will be responsible for the support, delivery and maintenance of Studio IT Infrastructure and all the related services in support of the business as well as supporting the delivery of Regional IT initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Work closely with Regional IT Manager to support all aspects of business as usual activities
- Keep up to date with the latest technologies and makes recommendations for technology growth
- Collaborate with Global and Regional IT teams and participate in IT related discussions
- Support the Global IT Managers to improve the operational systems, processes, and policies in support of organisational goals
- Take responsibility for the information technology and computer systems in the Studios to serve the requirements of existing and new service lines while integrating with Keywords global IT infrastructure
- Primary point of contact for any IT matters for staff and management
- Identify problematic areas and report them in time
- Participate in Studio audits and lead IT related parts of it
- Ensure Keywords Studios IT security policies are enforced and adjust accordingly with local and client requirements
- Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
- Develop and/or improve upon existing IT solutions to serve new service line requirements

Requirements
Technical Skills
- Technical background with 3/5 years’ experience in IT role delivering infrastructure, applications and IT service support.
- Technical knowledge of the Microsoft Stack, MS AD, DHCP, DNS, Stack TCP/IP, Virtualization Environments
- Technical knowledge of Network, Storage and Server equipment and production setups (Servers, Networking, SANamp;NAS, Fiber Channel, iSCSI,)
- Technical knowledge and experience with operating systems (MS Windows Servers, Office365, VMware, and base knowledge of Linux systems), current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and system performance monitoring
- Strong passion for and experience with Change Management processes
- Demonstrable evidence of successful collaboration with peers and business partners
Will be consider a plus:
- Microsoft Systems Administration/System Engineer certification will be an asset
- Experience with Public cloud (Azure and AWS)
- Experience with SLA amp; ITIL methodology
- Experience with Video Rendering and Game development
