About the role:
We are looking for a candidate to be join our client facing department (Advisory team), who are responsible for all one to one interactions with our retail clients. The investment consultant, through remote contact channels (telephone, video call, chat, email), will contribute to build strong customer relationships and will aim to accompany customers throughout their investment journey in Moneyfarm. The consultant, who will be assigned qualitative and quantitative objectives, will be -in a first phase- supported by a more experienced Investment Consultant in order to optimize the customer experience and the efficiency of the results.
