SilverBack powers the European mission-critical construction sector with our managed teams of skilled manpower and professional staff. Approaching our 10th anniversary in business, SilverBack has vast experience of supporting projects and clients around Europe and Ireland to scale and achieve their recruitment targets during the lifecycle of their projects in order to deliver for their clients.
Having established a White Collar recruitment unit in 2020, we anticipate its continued exponential growth going forward into the coming years. We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team.
Reporting to the Head of Recruitment, the Senior Consultant will be responsible for business development, key account management as well as driving revenue through sourcing and placing candidates in the mission critical construction sector across Europe. The successful individual will be integral to the development and execution of an ambitious business plan for the White Collar recruitment function of SilverBack.
The role will be based out of SilverBack office in Station Mews, Dublin 9, Ireland, but working from home/remotely will be facilitated depending on your needs and geographical location. This will be a highly customer and candidate-facing role so it is expected that significant time will be spent speaking with our clients and candidates - both in person and virtually.
Back-office support functions relating to administration, payroll, accounts, and logistics are already in place and well established for this type of recruitment and the right individual will have an excellent support network within the business to grow their own desk from the offset. It is expected that the successful candidate will begin to build a team of their own consisting of a trainee once the growth of their own desk warrants a new team member.
