The ideal candidate manages reception operations, according to our standards and procedures, establishes and maintains professional relationship with external and internal guests
Reports to: Front office Manager
Main duties and responsibilities:
Manage operations of the Front Desk, according to Company policies and procedures and compliance with our Code of Conduct
Handle guest complaints and anticipate guests needs.
Manage room allocation, review room availability status, room blockage and special requests on a daily basis through working closely with Central Reservation Office, General Manager and all other departments
Staff coaching, performance appraisal, work organization and development of all Front staff
Continuous update of activities and attractions available in the area
Ensure that Guest database is updated as per our policy
