What’s the role

As Marketing Automation Manager at PriceHubble you will be in charge of driving marketing automation and demand generation efforts across all countries and segments. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer with strong project management skills. We expect a strong base of sales and marketing automation management experience and a solid working knowledge of other digital channels such as paid acquisition, social advertising, and account-based marketing (ABM). The Marketing Automation Manager will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders from sales, marketing, and product teams to launch integrated digital campaigns, drive continuous optimisation, and attain monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs with a focus on scale and marketing automation.

You will collaborate closely with our content marketing team to create content that helps you build the best marketing automation journeys, but you’ll also be responsible for managing and pushing our paid advertising agency to always improve the number and quality of paid leads entering our pipeline.

We’re looking for both a leader and a collaborator who can help define what needs to be done and then execute it in an environment characterized by flexibility, data-driven curiosity, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Create a marketing automation strategy in alignment with marketing and sales leadership to achieve goals that will scale as the business grows.
  • Collaborate with sales to always improve lead nurturing and sales qualified leads quality
  • Manage our Paid Acquisition agency
  • Collaborate with developers and graphic designers to always improve your lead funnel
  • Own marketing automation, email marketing and campaign support
  • Build lead nurturing campaigns with a high engagement rate
  • Build user nurturing campaigns to help product marketing improve adoption rate
  • Set up lead scoring model amp; refine lead nurturing
  • Own and optimize our marketing technical stack
  • Execute and optimize results-driven email marketing, ABM and marketing automation
  • Collaborate with the content team to guide the acquisition and engagement strategy
  • Analyze, monitor and report on KPIs related email marketing, digital marketing and ABM
  • Be an expert on the latest trends, seek out industry best practices, and proactively incorporate relevant ideas and create regular experiments

Requirements

  • At least 5+ years of experience in marketing automation
  • Experience in real estate, proptech and/ or SaaS would be a plus
  • Experience in search engine advertising would be a plus
  • Ability to think strategically while implementing fast and keeping it simple
  • Strong project management capabilities, including the ability to accurately specify project timeframes, dependencies, milestones and risk factors
  • Excellent ability to analyze data and derive data insights for improvement
  • Focused on leads, conversions, and business goals
  • Able to effectively communicate ROI across the organization
  • Problem-solving maven, excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Team player, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent language skills in English and French
  • Experience managing marketing agencies and freelancers
