Position: Sales Associate - Part TimeReports To: Store LeaderLocation: Venice, CARate: $19/hr
Essential The Sales Associate's core purpose is to guide individual performance and provide customer service excellence. You will bring the Ritual experience to life for our customers. You will develop an in-store experience that helps customers discover and deepen their connection with Ritual.What You'll Do:

• Use your product knowledge to sell Ritual's line of products.
• With the help of internal product education, you will inform our customers about our products and brand.
• Build customer loyalty through a warm and friendly in-store experience
• Maintain a customer-first attitude while contributing to the store's sales goals
• Communicate information and store needs to relevant parties

What You Need:

• Prior retail, sales or service experience required
• Flexible availability
• Able to work approximately 40 hours per week, including one weekend day
• Able to comfortably lift 30 lbs and stand for 95% of the work day
• Must be 18 years old or older and eligible to work in the U.S
