Position: Floor Leader - Part TimeReports to: Store LeaderLocation: Venice, CARate: $23/hr
EssentialThe Floor Leader's core purpose is to drive store performance and deliver retail excellence. This role will be responsible for achieving key measurable results while directing all aspects of store operations. This role will develop a phenomenal in-store team that helps customers discover and deepen their connection with Ritual throughout their visit and beyond through personalized shopping experiences and community-based events.What You'll Do:

• Drive individual and store performance through coaching and accountability
• Manage stock levels and visual merchandising standards according to company guidelines.
• Deliver locally relevant events and experiences that reinforce community
• Maintain sales floor presentation throughout your shifts
• Build customer loyalty and retention through personalized in-store experiences
• Provide sales floor leadership to your team members.

• Results Driven. You are results oriented even when dealing with ambiguous or unfamiliar situations and challenges.

What You Need:

• 1+ years prior retail leadership experience requiredExperience in a start-up environment a plus
• Strong connection to Ritual's mission and vision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experienced in shift scheduling and talent management
• Able to work approximately 40 hours per week, including a minimum of one weekend day
• Able to comfortably lift 30 lbs on a regular basis and stand for 95% of the work day
• Must be 18 years old or older and eligible to work in the U.S
