In this office, Farfetchers like to have catch ups in the ball pit or creative moments by the grand piano!THE ROLEWe're looking for an Associate Product Manager within the Selection amp; Purchase area, reporting to the Head of Product - Selection amp; Purchase. The Selection amp; Purchase subdomain's mission is to make PURCHASING easier online to offline by providing customers more control in important areas like payment options, improving the fulfillment experience and, providing clearer communications and messaging at main promotional moments.WHAT YOU'LL DO- Work with your product peers to understand the context and product thinking behind your specialized area of product
- Immerse yourself in customer research insights and maintain market knowledge for your area of focus
- Work with Product managers, designers and researchers to translate customer needs to user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring our products are developed following those stories and products are of high quality
- Provide operational support to the product managers, liaising daily with engineering to ensure the delivery of our products
- Help develop a roadmap anchored towards promoting the customer and delivering value
- Help develop business cases or customer opportunities and feature development within your sub-domain
WHO YOU ARE- You have a passion for understanding and solving customer needs and problems
- You have interest in and understanding of consumer-facing digital products (websites, apps), the metrics that inform those products and related industry trends
- You are aware of the luxury market
- You can understand and discuss technical concepts
- You can assimilate, sort through, and aggregate information
- Proficient in English
