We are looking for a Safety and Process Manager. You will play a crucial role in our growth and success by ensuring we are following the Hamp;S journey for our customers while providing a great experience.

What you will do at Getir:

  • Plan our long-term safety and process requirements based on our growth plans, making sure that our suppliers deliver according to our operational needs and as per contractual standards.
  • Ensure that our local operations are fully equipped with properly functioning and maintained e-bikes and e-scooters at all times. Our couriers are your customers!
  • Use your highly developed analytical skills to drive safety planning, inventory monitoring, utilization and more, always keeping a balance between operational requirements and investment.
  • Play a leading role in the continued improvement of our operational excellence, develop and implement policies amp; procedures relating to incident amp; accident management, maintenance amp; repairs.

Requirements

Your responsibilities:

  • Fully own the planning, allocation, maintenance process and the daily operation of our total fleet.
  • Develop, implement and continually update our safety and process forecast in close coordination with the Operations amp; Expansion stakeholders to ensure having the right number of e-bikes and e-scooters available at the right place and time.
  • Define, implement and document performance metrics, monitor quality standards and compliance.
  • Ensure that all stakeholders within the business have access to relevant reports, using clear dashboards and a variety of tools.
  • Continually analyze, create and improve our fleet management processes.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years relevant experience in Hamp;S or vendor management in a scale up environment.
  • Experience working in an ultrafast-paced environment, balancing multiple responsibilities and projects with an outstanding capability of staying on top of your tasks.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, or Google equivalents, and a keen eye for data and detail.
  • You are a resourceful self-starter with a hands-on mentality, great project management skills and you feel comfortable building structure and implementing processes.
  • You have experience with setting up dashboards and a reporting infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication skills, in English, to engage and align with internal and external stakeholders.
  • This position will be based at our office in Milan but will require regular domestic travel as well.
