As part of our strategy, we are currently looking for a Junior Legal Specialist to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Drafting and review of a broad variety of national and international contracts and legal documents related to the Group’s business
- Supporting the GDPR compliance
- Legal research and continuous monitoring of the applicable laws and regulations in order to update the internal processes, policies and documentation
- Supporting the management of the Group’s insurance
- Supporting the management and coordination of the external legal consultants for litigation and credit collection
- Supporting the corporate governance activities
Requirements
- Master's degree in Law
- A brief experience in a law firm or in the legal department of a structured company is a plus
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of Spanish, French and/or German is a strong plus
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Good organisational, prioritisation and time-management skills
